At KCIC, Mr. Monahan uses his technical expertise to support the development of web-based data solutions for managing claims administration and billing processes. With this technical knowledge, he is able to help his clients identify the specific features they need and effectively manage their needs and expectations during their active and open communication. He is able to take abstract concepts from his clients and create practical solutions.
Mr. Monahan manages claims administration and billing processes, and he has transitioned multiple clients to the KCIC system. Through these projects, he has led advanced data analyses and administered the normalization of raw data sets for use in relational databases. He has leveraged his extensive knowledge in Access and Excel to develop forms and reports to streamline tasks and improve reporting capabilities to clients.
Mr. Monahan has significant experience managing the financial needs of his clients. He reviews financial reports to properly ensure the correct disbursements of funds to the various accounts for each client. He has helped develop multiple systems to improve the efficiency of billing processes including preparing and receiving payments, requesting funding, and reconciling bank differences. Through new client transitions and daily contact with multiple banking institutions, he has developed relationships that allow him to customize the services and features of the account to properly meet the specific needs of each client.
