Robert Parrish is the lead on custom solutions projects where he provides clients with product development, product maintenance, reporting and support. From requirements gathering to data migration to the creation of the user interface, he works with clients to create innovative solutions to address the client’s most complex problems.
Robert partners with clients and leads them to innovative solutions to either solve a problem or enhance an existing process. He navigates large data sets – compiling data to uncover key metrics that allow for better decision-making.
Besides creating custom solutions for clients, Robert is also a project manager on policy review projects where he coordinates the coding and quality control of hundreds of policies, often in a very short period of time. He creates review plans and works with consultants to execute and to deliver to the client with a timely policy review turnaround.
Outside of work, you can find Robert practicing his photography skills, and attending as many charity runs as possible. He is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and is a frequent visitor of Charlottesville, Virginia to support the Cavaliers.
